Very easy visit! It was important that my car was done same day because I have a senior golden retriever that can’t be left alone and I would’ve been unable to return the loaner car. Our appointment was for 1030 and we were on time. We were told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. At one point Gabriel came to talk to my husband but I was on a phone call. After an hour and 45 minutes, I spoke to my husband and I was getting quite angry. He told me that Gabriel had told him they had to do some express service first. There is no reason with us having an appointment and on time that they didn’t do it in one and a half hours . I went to the front desk and the manager said Gabriel just went to lunch. My folder was sitting on his desk. The manager helped us after that period of time and I ended up leaving the dealership after two hours and 10 minutes. Unacceptable.

Jeff was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. But, the service techs left dark smudge marks on the woodlike part of my steering wheel and slightly on the arm rest of the door. Not Jeff's fault and I let him know about it and he thanked me. So, all good.

I bought my Lexus second hand from a local ganley import store and I have been going there for maintenance and I was never confident in their service, and now I wish I was going directly to you the entire time. I feel like you understand my car better and even in a simple diagnostic took more care and paid more attention to detail than I have ever experienced with car maintenance before. Thank you for an understandable, comprehensive diagnostic and a plan to get my baby back into shape. As a small lady I frequently have found auto repair places to be condescending or even scamming but here I felt like your associates were genuine and did not try to get me to pay for more than what was required. Also your fish tank is sweet af.
