any possible maintenance needed regarding my vehicle and I trust any suggestions he may have regarding my vehicle.

Why make appointments?
2 hours for an oil change, that turned into 3 hours.
I rather be informed up front. I would have made arrangements to come back when the vehicle was ready.

Oil change took 4 hours. Service advisor had mentioned that there were many non-appointment customers and that was the reason it took this long. Customers with appoitments should be able to get their vehicles serviced first.
