Tony Hang, as always, provided excellent customer service. His topnotch performance is one of the reasons why I always request a service appointment with him. He’s personable, knowledgeable, and can accurately gauge when my vehicle will be ready. It’s not often that one encounters a staff member of such high caliber.

Waited for 2 parts to be installed on my vehicle for almost 2 weeks. Moment I come to pick up my vehicle the window trim part that was suppose to be installed was missing and instead inside my passenger seat. Needed to wait for them to install to take it home. Prior to that, I had arrive 2 days after my car was “ready,” I get informed my paperwork wasn’t ready & needed to have the receptionist run to stop the rental people from closing to make sure I had a car to get home. Was not accommodated for the time wasted or being patient for the dealers mistake. I’m okay with returning but upset this had happened to me after being a loyal customer.
