Apparently I did not really need a service but the “Maintenance required see dealer “ light kept coming up when I started the car. So I asked to have the maintenance required light reset. I was told that I had to get it serviced even though it did not currently need service. He wanted me to get the 40,000 mile service for $800 even though I only had 38,000 miles on my car. I had the 30,000 mile service at 31,000. So, I was forced to get an oil change to get the light turned off and it took over 2 hours. Not what I call good customer service or good customer relations. I also needed help with the navigate system which I was able to get no thanks to Mike. I hope to get further Lexus service from another dealer.
