I was satisfied with Devon however very dissatisfied with manufacturer
Somehow a coin (dime) that was sitting in my center counsel became wedged into the parking button snd cause
a malfunction which dashboard directed me to Dealership for inspection.
I was charged for repair which I feel should’ve been covered under warranty.
My original bill was above $500.00 and after I discussed with Devin my bill was reduced to $199.0 which I did appreciate.
I lags in, I’m dissatisfied with Lexus warranty. It was brought to my attention
this was nit an isolated incident therefore
why and how could thus issue nit be covered.

The rates seem like extortion rates. A tiny service light issue triggered with the chandler Lexus location; they caused the issue while working on a simple oil change. They then tell me it will cost $300 dollars to fix. And now the California crown location quotes $1300 dollars to fix. And another $2300 dollars to fix a transaxle leak? Followed by another $550 dollars to fix a water cooler leak?! This is ridiculous.
