What can I say, Mr.chow made my experience at Crown Lexus service dept. a pleasure. I was first greeted by a smile and friendly kind demeanor, rarely found today. His actions speak louder than words. He worked with the head mechanic on a plan to resolve unknown issue regarding my RX350 smoothly and timely. Next, he contacted me to bring in car and set me up with a loaner car. I didn’t have to ask. Amazing. Now that’s what I expected from buying a Lexus. Problem solved . Thank you.
