Thank you...Your service department and associated team members are top notch. Note that the service car I received on Saturday was dirty so I spent $9.00 to wash the exterior before using it. Quality Lexus automobiles, owned or not, should never be seen dirty on roads and highways IMO. Not in keeping with the high-quality brand. You may want to double-check your service vehicles before they live your dealership lot. --- Happy Lexis Owner (2 cars)

First off, I want to say that the SERVICE department was fantastic. Dennis was GREAT! He was informative! I brought my car in to get my tires serviced, I got a screw and luckily I was able to bring it in right away. What I’m most disappointed in was Crown dealership in general. I bought my car in June, they NEVER told me that I had 2 free services. Dennis helped me out, told me about the services and I got my first one done, he even educated me about my tires. He then proceeded to tell me that it was 300 bucks for a tire. I knew I paid extra for tire services. He told me it wasn’t in the system. Other men (didn’t get names) all surrounded him to help him find it. They told me the financial service never activated it! Dennis went over there right away to get it done for me, which I am thankful for. Dennis also educated me about getting a uber voucher or loaner, which I had no idea about. THIS IS MY FIRST LEXUS! I had no idea this existed. Dennis, thank you for being so informative! Thank you for educating me when the crown dealership didn’t. I truly appreciate your great customer service. Crown dealership , please educate your customers better. It’s not always about the sale, please let us know the perks too. Very disappointed!

Inside car still have little dust

Hi, we had lack of communication. We were told the price would be between 4,000 - 6,000. We were given a quote for just under 10,000. We were never called or informed of the price. We had to look it up as the Friday evening was approaching and no communication. We found out about the high priced quote by researching it on our own through previous texts. We didn’t receive a text or call. When we called to speak to him he was gone and Michael said Jarod tried calling. We do not have any missed calls or texts from Jarod. Michael stayed Friday evening so we could speak in person to get our car back since the price was way too high. Michael brought the cost down and even though it was still extraordinary high, we believed Michael would be sure to get our car back in working order. Thanks to Michael for making trying his best to get the price down a bit.
