I had a service appt today and at the get/go everything was fine, came in ,, checked in and notified Alfred (Alfred Nungaray) that the right rear tire had a nail in It and was losing pressure.. once the inspection was done I was notified by Alfred that the tire needed to be replace, I went ahead and denied the replacement!! When I took the car somewhere else to get the tire fixed, noticed that indeed it was patched at the dealership!! To me,?!! That is unacceptable!! Please call me to verbally address the misinformation that I got from your staff.

Danecia is was amazing. I can’t say better things about her. But Cindy and the girls who work at the cashier and service department are the most incompetent unprofessional employees I’ve ever seen or had to deal with. I doubt I’ll be coming back again after that experience.
