Mark navigated through his full shop/schedule and kept me updated throughout the entire service of my vehicle. It being my first service Mark made it a point to show me around, (cashier, waiting area, bathroom, cafe, etc.) which was greatly appreciated. I will most definitely be seeing Mark again for my cars services in the future.
The only thing I would say I was “dissatisfied” with would be the incorrect spelling of my last name, but again I know Mark had a very full schedule and I didn’t take it personal.
