I came in for a basic oil change I didn’t want to get up sold on other services strategies like that make me lose my trust in a dealership. I understand sales, but there’s a way to read the clients needs and what they came in for. I was felt forced into rotating my tires and what should have been a complimentary turned into a $45 fee for rotating tires which tire places perform for free. I trusted Lexus Escondido service center until this happened yesterday and will now reconsider where I go for service going forward.
