Took a very long time to get any information. I received one phone call on Tuesday evening while I was working and got a voicemail saying that there may be more work that needs to be done. Called back that evening, no reply. Called back the following day, talked to service department and they stated it was marks day off. They then said they sent an email to his assistant and they would get back to me that day. I never heard from the assistant. Finally heard back from mark Thursday mid morning and got to talk about what else needed to be done. I overall was not happy with anything including the basic car wash that was suppose to be included with my service. I dropped my car off at 12 on Monday and did not get it back till late Thursday evening which was very inconvenient since I was leaving town.

Cordis has done a great job especially in getting CarPlay app installed in my 2019 NC300, which previous service staff told us it’s not available and we need to pay outside contractors thousands to get it installed. Cord is told me immediately that it’s available and costs $192.
