Only feedback is on the process. There should be a separate signal for those waiting for their car vs everyone else. My cat had been available and sitting in the ready area and I’ve had to follow up to get my car. Would be nice if the ones waiting have it’s own signal to be notified right when the car is ready.

She was the best and thorough advisor I've had since been a customer. I've had gad diagnostics before and they never gave a list before. This time I've got list of things need to do. I guest before it was either not done or overlooked. Which is not good because that I mean I payed for worked that wasn't done correctly. I am not happy about that.

Anthony rushed the paperwork and wanted me to agree to things that was very overpriced with no one explanation. I remembered when I was looking into purchasing a Lexus, I came to this location and had a similar experience on the sales end which lead me to purchase at another location. It’s been about ten years since that experience and now this encounter with Anthony has cemented my thoughts regarding this location. We have owned four Lexuses so far and also have met the CEO from Japan. We love the company and the cars and this location and this experience does not clearly match the company’s image and standards. Please look into training your associates so they are able to give honest, clear, prices and information for maintenance and more. Thank you!!!!
