Unlike my previous experiences for 10 years having my car serviced by Crown Lexus, this was the 1st time a representative failed to update me on the progress of the car maintenance. I had to go find him and ask how the service is going and when I asked when it will be done, he asked me what time did I come in and said that it is not done yet since it was just barely 2 hours instead of checking in with the service/maintenance crew.

My agent did not listen well. He only listened to my story when I insisted after rolling his eyes. He made no effort to engage in pleasantries or to help me check out. He made a snide comment about how ‘I needed an update every 5min’ when I had to ask for an update myself. I made sure to let Dan, the manager, know that his agent was being difficult with me from the beginning. I am a professional myself. I make sure that every patient is given the attention they deserve even if the questions are rudimentary ones. He is having to work with the public.
