My audio issues is still happening. My audio system shuts down and in order to power it back on I have to completely turn off my vehicle and turn it back on. I am still waiting for a solution since I love listening to music on my 100 miles drive a day. Please find a solution asap.

Arrived to pick up the car 4 hours after I was notified the service was complete. The car was not washed as requested at drop off time - had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes for the wash to complete. And the car still looked dirty after the wash.
