A failed battery resulted in an unplanned visit to Crown Lexus on 11/07/2023. As always, Tino welcomed my arrival, ensured that the car was inspected and repaired to specifications, and sent me on my way knowing my travels would be safe once again.

They rotated my tires and cars steering started to shake brought it to their attention and they put the tires back on as they were originally. Sent me on my way. As soon as I left the rear started to shake. They said it was probably a bent rim without diagnosing and said I needed 4 tires and sensors. They only had 3 sensors so I had to get a loaner. The deal was shoddy but Adam had a big smile on his face when I returned the car 74 year old senior and I think I've was taken advantage of and should be reimbursed in part for this service. Your service manager was initially involved but completely ignored me when I picked up my LEXUS vehicle.
