The estimate I received for repairs was beyond ridiculous. I felt that I was attempted to be taken advantage of. I have no confidence in the Lexus brand and will never buy one ever again. The car is only 6 years old and I have never received a ridiculous quote for service in all of the cars that I have owned until now. I will be contacting the company to share my experience and frustration with the service that I received.
