I brought my vehicle in on Tuesday but was not able to pick it up until Monday. Initially, the delay was due to the wrong part being delivered on Wednesday. Was then informed the right parts were not going to be delivered until Friday. Did not hear about the repairs again. Tried calling a few times but no one picked up when I selected the option to speak to someone who can tell me about the status of my repair. The service rep who took my vehicle in was out sick and as a result, no one got back to me even though the vehicle was likely finished before Monday. I had to call the operator on Monday who initially told me they were still waiting on the part before my rep called me to let me know the vehicle was ready. Not the kind of service I am used to receiving from Keyes Lexus. There should be a back up person when the intake rep is out on sick leave.

Dropped the car off at 8:00 am to get the duplicate key and to check the air in the tires. Went at 4:00 pm to pick up and car was not ready. You guys didn’t even wash the car even though I got a text saying it was in the wash!!!!
