I really love how kind and helpful everyone is at Lexus in Escondido. Like seriously…Tyler is so helpful and he answers all of my questions and I have some pretty absurd questions because I don’t know much about cars. But the helpful employees that take my car and bring it back to me are extremely pleasant, not to mention the Asian woman who always provides me with a loaner vehicle faster than the speed of lightning. Kudos to the whole Escondido Lexus team.

Although my car was not serviced perfectly by the mechanic this time (I had to return a few minutes after picking up my car due to a issue arising from my brake service), Anthony and the foreman were very quick to respond to the brake issue- and I really appreciated it.
