The service staff should find problems during the inspection and then tell the guests what to do before proceeding to the next step. Instead of telling the customer that a part needs to be replaced after the work is done, the customer is asked to pay for the part and the full service fee for the replacement, which is unbelievable. This completely overturns the trust I have built in you over the years.
