Comments about the service technicians: they didn’t give me a sticker noting when I should come back for service. Also, they changed the position of my mirrors. I’m not sure if they could have put them back to where they were but if they could that would be appreciated.

Kay did an excellent job , your service folks the lesser said the better. She was not only able to resolve the issues from the mess the first time around but also do so with grace and humility. If I had to give one example of the inattentive work of the service techs my tires were inflated to 39 psi after I pointed out the first time that it was over inflated ! That aside in all seriousness your advisors have done great work and Kay is the best advisor I’ve had !

Disappointed I took it in for an alignment and the technician didn’t adjust the front camber. The print out shows it’s +0.5 on the left front and -0.5 on the right front. This is not good practice to leave one side that far into positive and the other so far into the negative.
