1st visit for 100,000 mi. & tire pressure lights sensors work to be dobe. Sensors not fixed . I have to come back 2nd to have it fix. And they tell me I declined to repair the 1st visit. Why would I paid 4k for all but decline a $100.00 sensor? And waste my time to cone back. Not happy at all shifting blame on me. I cone in good faith but it that’s gone.

I just would have liked my car washed after the service. I was told the machine was currently broke but that they would clean the windows. The windows were not cleaned. Otherwise customer service was good.

Danecia was wonderful. She could not have done more. However, AAAA had a great deal of difficulty getting in touch with the service manager. This was a huge job and one that was happening over the holidays so it made it difficult for everybody. On the hole, I am very satisfied with the work that Lexus did, and that my service person Denecia did.
