I brought in my newly purchased 2019 vehicle.
I chose to try your facility over Riverside or Temecula. I asked service writer (her) for the vehicle to be checked for updates. Completed an oil change as requested in very good time. However, according to work order, nothing was done about a computer refresh/update etc. Lexus App Suite info. Has been cleared. Therefore, no history. I guess I will have try to research on Utube or take my car to another dealer.
