I genuinely appreciate the honesty of the service you provide. You could have charged for a diagnostic check but didn’t because you found the likely issue beforehand. You could have gone ahead and done the diagnostic and charged me for it, even though it wasn’t needed.

I resent the remark “We don’t normally wash non-Lexus cars.

They’ve always automatically done that for me in the past. I felt that was condescending and rude.
Why wouldn’t that be a regular part of your service now?
