Chow was great but I was disappointed when they told me my tire had something in it when I do not believe there was . I waited 15 min at the gate and then it was check by the tire guy then I was told after about an hour and 20 min that was car was done but that they found a nail in my tire. Why wasn’t I notified sooner and I never had a light for air pressure low. I had to spend 350 dollars on a new tire when I believe the car was fine when I took it there. I believe the worker drove over something in the shop . I’m not happy with this
