Took three hours, which I wasn’t informed of ahead of time. Instead of an employee giving me a ride, I was given a Lyft. The way there was great but the driver on the way home was not so much. Not friendly and I was extremely car sick from his driving.

I’m still trying to understand why I’m being charged $4000 to diagnose and fix my navigation/sound system when they worked perfectly when I dropped off my vehicle service for battery change. It seems odd to me that I need to pay for a replacement of a system that was broken while my vehicle was in being serviced.
