No fault of William Horvat, but I started calling to see the status of my car at 9am (not remembering that Bill had told me to ring his cellphone) but no one from the service dept answered for 4 hours. Also, I had asked to have my new tax sticker put on my license plate when I first pulled in but it wasn’t done until the next day when I picked up the car and noticed that it was still sitting on the console untouched. Bill then made sure that someone put it on for me. Also, my car didn’t look as if it had been washed. And Bill noticed that before I mentioned it to him and offered me a complementary detail to be done in the new year. If it weren’t for Bill Horvat I would have thought of getting my car taken care of elsewhere but he is a gem. I’m so glad to have him now as my service manager.
