It took almost 4 hours for an oil change. The service advisor just handed me my keys at the end and said “have a nice day”.
Didn’t try to give me any report on what my car needed or what i should look out for when it comes to the service needs of my vehicle.
Lexus of Valencia has really taken a turn for the customer service worst since after my fourth car bought there.
I’m reconsidering ever buying another from there at all.

I was a little disappointed that the wipers weren’t replaced at my 70,000 mile check up. Today I went for a car wash and they were having an “overstock sale” for wipers and I went right over to the service department and they put new ones on right away. I do love your service department. Never thought I’d say that about a dealership! Great job!
