I’m very pleased with Tyler’s assistance. Matthew Ivko is a hard act to follow and Tyler did a great job. He is knowledgeable, has good communication, is personable and represents Lexus well. Associates like Matthew and Tyler are the reasons to maintain a relationship with the dealership.

I had an appointment at 8:45 to get some wheel damage repaired. I get there at 8:45 only to find out that the guy who does the work already left for the day. Why would that be? I got up early to get there. I am in the middle of a job this weekend I had to break away from and then I’m told that they would try to get someone else. But they couldn’t. Now I have to do this all over again next week. My time is valuable and I was not happy with what happened today.
