Dennis was nice until I declined to have my car engine opened up due to financial troubles recently, but I plan on bringing my car back in 2 weeks once I get the fund s in 2 weeks , his attitude towards me completely changed , he had a complete attitude, my car had the chalk writing on it , the same writing from when I dropped of my car , I found that odd and rude because thats the least that could of been done , I had payed my diagnostic fee like everyone else !!! I love Lexus so I’ll always be a Lexus customer but it’s weird to me that someone would be mad because I can’t afford my repairs at the moment , I hate that I had to write this .
