Alyssa was wonderful. She was accommodating and pleasant. However when I’ve picked up my car and inspected the outside of the car I’ve noticed that it was washed but not totally cleaned. There were tree sap….sticky spots and was very hard to take off.

Your staff is very professional and fair. There was a mistake with the incorrect headlight being replaced by the service department this past Wednesday.
