I am so thankful for the excellent service I receive at your service department and particularly from Lisette who has gotten to know me as a customer over many years and makes me feel that you value me as a loyal customer. She really went above and beyond in helping me get my car serviced when I had an emergency with my car suddenly breaking down and I called her from the tow truck asking if I could bring it in. She sprung into action to get me a loaner vehicle and my car repaired and I was able to pick it up on Saturday. I am posting a review on Yelp and Google and I always tell people how happy I am with Lexus service.
