Quite disappointed with the service today. Customer service is poor. No eye contact and direct communication from Alyssa White.
Her way of communicating issues found on my vehicle is only thru text messaging and no direct contact. Poor service.

The only thing I was disappointed in was the communication. My service advisor got sick and wasn’t available for 2 days days. My insurance was waiting for someone to call them back for two full days. I don’t understand why someone other than the person who was working on my car couldn’t have called them back? There should have been notes in the system for one to see what was going on. I also called twice, once to let them know my insurance waswaiting for a call back and again to find out what the status was of that call back. I didn’t get a return even though they said they would.
