Seneca was absolutely wonderful! I have worked with the other two coordinators Scott and I think Bryan? She is honestly the best one I’ve worked with and always proactive. I felt very well taken care of and will be returning to get service at Lexus of Valencia. Especially on a day with the computer systems down she was able to handle it with grace and keep customer satisfaction very high.

When I purchased the car, I was led to believe that the 2nd key I would be ordering from a 3rd party would be programmed free of charge by Lexus. The key was not able to be registered and I was charged $99

I'm the husband. I brought the car in for service. I pulled up behind the last car in line and waited. No one came out to my car so I moved over to the next lane and now I'm in front. The attendant then sees me and comes over to my car. If I had waited at the back of the line, when would have the attendant come out to see me? Your process of checking in cars is not customer service friendly. Customers should be attended to as quickly as possible.

No communication from the minute I arrived. I was waiting to see my advisor ( i was told to wait to go over what needed to be done on my car). I waited and the next thing I know ia I receive a text saying they took my car away to be serviced! I never spoke to anyone nor did I receive any paperwork beforehand. I never met nor spoke with my advisor. Evidently his name was Anthony.

I am beyond satisfied with the service i received from Helen no complaints 10 stars! My only issue is a young lady wearing all grey sweatpants to work. She had no name tag. I find it odd to come into such a nice establishment and having to dealing with a rude and condescending individual. She was scolding me that if u didn’t pay the balance of $8.80 I could not get a loaner in the future. I didn’t appreciate that at all. I don’t have an issue paying that amount. It the way she said it like I couldn’t afford to pay. Also, please enforce dress code of some sort like a shirt-sweater-jacket that says “crown Lexus”.
