The ring loop on my key fob was missing. It was warped and not in the best condition and Mark Gray knew this, he even offered to provide me with a new one at no additional cost. I would have been fine with my beat up warped one but Mark Gray offered so I accepted and was actually looking forward to a new key ring loop. To my disappointment, the key was returned to me with no key ring loop whatsoever. My main issue is that Mark Gray offered to provide me with a new ring loop but never did. Only false hope. Not only that but he also got rid of my old warped ring loop. Leaving me with no ring loop at all. Mildly frustrating. Would have been better he didn’t offer anything at all. I am now without a ring loop all because of a sweet talking guy who can’t back up what he says. What’s the point of sounding good if he can’t do good. Also the valet attendant needs to learn to listen. I gave him my ticket and told him I just wanted the key that I’d go get the car myself but it seems as though he didn’t care about what the customer wanted as if the customer didn’t matter. I then followed him to my car but he took off and went to the valet area even though he seen me headed in his direction. I turned around n walked back to the valet area. Annoyed at the lack of attention this young valet boy was showing. As a customer I felt insignificant in the whole valet ordeal. Unsatisfactory customer service from your valet department.

I was at Lexus Escondido to pick my vehicle up. When I got there, there was a lady who guieded me to stay at the waiting area. So obviously, I went to the waiting area and stayed there for 40 minutes since the lady didn’t specify if I had to talk to the front desk or just wait in the waiting room (I was assuming that she had sent me there while they were pulling my car up). I was waiting for 40 minutes and when I realized how long I was waiting for just to pick my vehicle up, I went to the cashier to ask for the status - only to find out that I could have gotten my car 40 minutes ago if the lady had just told me to talk to the cashier. If I didn’t go to the cashier, I would have waited for longer than 40 minutes and would have wasted my time waiting for my car when it was already ready for me.
