You guys are professional and helpful. Alyssa White was helpful. My RX 350L, 2020, the lift gate had been non-functional 2 times in 3 years. I believe it is a design error. I don’t want to pay out of my pocket if the trunk goes wrong again after 2026 when the warranty is expired.
