I took my car to get inspected for the second time for a speaker. I also took it for thel ac not working. Part got ordered and took a week to get there and installed. I took it 1/19/26 and I got it back 1/30/26. Once I got it back the ac worked the speaker work , but the rear window shade was not properly installed when the speaker was put on. Now I have to take it a third time for your techs to do correct again. This type of service is disappointing and frustrating.

Sam Lamas is excellent. Sam is great service representative. The person who performed service on car was very very sloppy and dirty! Black grease on brand new on 2 week car! - on driver side door - all over, black fingerprints on glove box. Sam was wonderful on cleaning up mess.
