My tough is that representatives and technicians must be in one accord. By phone i received a yes for only oil change (17,000). Inside the guy who got my paperwork said.... we cannot do oil change only, you must to go over the 20,000 miles service.
I was not prepared for that and I have to reschedule my appointment.

When I got back into my car the mirror was covered with condensation and the steering wheel and some dash and control services had a nasty film on them. I had to stop and wipe everything off before we could go home. The parking views have a blue line that I’ve never seen before but there was no mention of updated software. Overall I’m very happy but little things matter.
