It was great dealing with Tyler. I would recommend the whole staff to all my friends.
My only complaint, and they do this most of the time. I set the dashboard settings that I like to see while I’m driving, but the technicians doesn’t put them back after fiddling with the car.

This was my third visit for the same problem. I was scheduled for an appointment with both Mark and Jason at 9:00 so they could address the problem together. I arrived on time and checked in. An hour later when I hadn’t heard from either, I asked to speak to Jason. He promptly came out and connected me to Al. It was then that I found out that Mark was out sick. I don’t know how long I would have waited initially if I hadn’t spoken up. At that point both Al and Jason had great customer service and the problem was fixed by three hours later. After Al and Jason got involved, I have no complaints, and it appears that all the issues have been solved, which I very much appreciate. Overall I have found your Lexus dealer to be excellent and will continue to come to you for service.
