When making the appointment, I was informed that it would not be a major sevice at 30k miles. and not required until 50k (only regular oil change and check). I called twice to make sure Upon arrival, this changed and they were trying to upswell me to a major service which they said was needed. I am a female and I felt like I was getting bamboozled.
