Mark was a good advisor and detailed, however, his tech didn’t notice the engine alert icon which I saw during pick up and I had to go back a 2nd time to replace the car battery. The engine alert icon was to alert of low battery voltage. Car battery being replaced now. Tech is also re-checking the engine bc the car went reverse on its own while I was on drive mode trying to park in my garage after I picked up the car from service. I shouldn’t have to come back twice - these issues should have been found during service the first time.
