Lexus Monogram Service

This was my first experience with Lexus (having come from Mercedes) so maybe my expectations are off but the following frustrated: 1). I booked the service for 11.45am with clear instruction / agreement that I needed to be done by 2.30pm (2.45pm latest) so I could pick my son up from school. Frustratingly I had to wait until 5.30pm (and had to make arrangements for my wife to leave a client appointment to pick our son up from school). 2). I demonstrated that there was a rattle in the passenger door only to be told that there wasn’t / the service advisor couldn’t hear it. Fortunately another service advisor (Tomas Tovar) overhead the conversation and he said he would ensure they would get it looked at; there was a loose screw inside the door (behind the door handle) that was causing a rattle. So I’m pleased that you were able to fix it but frustrated that I was being told it wasn’t an issue originally. 3). I advised that there was a problem with the key / that the car keeps showing “key not found”. I was told you would replace the battery. When the car was complete at 5.30pm the problem with the key had not been resolved / the car keeps showing “key not found”. I was simply told “well we replaced the battery”. Frustrating because it hasn’t resolved the issue. 4). There were black / oily fingerprints left on the alcantara inserts in the drivers door when the car was ‘ready’. I took a photograph because the car was clean when I brought it in. Otherwise all good, the car seems fine. Thanks Ben

Mr. Ruiz was unexpectedly understanding in ensuring I understand what and how fixing my car properly involved from pricing to parts needed. Additionally his empathy showed when considering an unexpected death in the family which compromised logistical plans. As such, Tino is an asset as he was thorough in ensuring Crown’s commitment to their customers by timely updates and answering questions respectfully.

I needed to receive appropriate return calls. I had to keep calling to get an update. Very frustrating…

It was really nice to see that great customer service and support still exists.

Anthony was very nice, but the technician were completely negligent. Driving home at night the car front left wheel felt strange. And the weird noises got worse on the freeway. I pulled out and inspected the front left wheel and it was not attached. 2 of the 5 nuts were completely missing and the other 3 were not even hand tight, probably seconds away from flying off with my wheeling doing the same possibly causing a deadly crash. This was a level of negligence I never expected.
