The rep who helped my parents was cultural insensitive. He mumbles when he speaks and I had know clue what he was explaining to me about my car battery problem. I asked simple questions and he was sarcastic in his response. Should learn customer service skills. If he wants to talk to me about this he can call me anytime. ****-****-xxxx. Definitely not the type of service I expected. The rep who helped my parents with our car was great "Robert".

Mark Ciesla has excellent customer service and I could he puts customer’s first. I bring my car to Lexus Escondido because of Mark. He is a keeper!
I also compliment the people who usher you inside once you drop either the car off or the loaner car. They are always helpful, especially when you need assistance on any thing. Monica and Tavo assisted me on a question I have and made sure that they were answered!

I was on hold to ask a question of someone in the service dept. and had to listen to some recording about privacy - not just once and then some pleasant music (Apple gives you a choice of three types of music or none while on hold). Instead, I had to listen the same privacy message EIGHT times before deciding I couldn't take it any more and hung up!
