Christian Santos, was very helpful and professional. However the valet, the man getting my vehicle needs MANNERS & TRAINING. He did not speak at all when he walked up, merely took my ticket. Then completely moved everything in my car. I realize you need to operate the vehicle to pull it up but to move everything completely out of whack including moving the steering wheel is ridiculous and so unnecessary. Not only did I have to reset my seat I had to reset everything in the vehicle there's no reason for them to turn everything off and reset them. Lastly I understand the valet is maybe having a bad day but you can open your mouth at some point and at least speak to the customers. It was so irrehensible that I didn't mind my 3-hour wait I was pissed about the valet person

The communication about when the part would be able to be installed on my car and the installer availability was completely misrepresented. Also, I got a text message requesting me to return the loaner car when they already knew it was coming back and at what time. When I received my car, it was filthy and had a very large Piece of chewed gum Stuck to the roof of my car. Extremely dissatisfied with service especially since it was my first time there. It is also my first time buying a Lexus unexpected higher service than what I received.

The service was not too bad but the quality was not close to Lexu's standards.
There was little to no attention given to me while I was standing by the service area. I was expecting someone to at least ask "what can I help you with" but those sitting there in their cubicles just glance at me and ignore me while I was looking around to talk to someone. Confusing for a new clients visiting.
The tech guys have no clue on getting the tech setting changed especially those areas mentioned in the user manual.
Car was not washed when it was brought back to me and that was intentionally left out.
I may try the henderson service area for comparison for the next service.
