I’m so upset. When I retrieved my car from the valet it was raining. I noticed that the valet drove my car and parked it from the entrance of the driveway not from the back as they usually do. The right driver side of the bumper had been scuffed and paint had been chipped off the corner. When I got home I looked at the video of my car inspection and my bumper was perfect. Following up on my previous comment about Scott I just wanted to let you know that I have been an Lexus owner for more than 20 years. Mostly in southern California with four cars. I have had the best treatment at Lexus Of Las Vegas and that’s really saying something because Lexus does such a good job. So my praise for Scott means he did a superior job and you should be glad he’s a Lexus representative.
