I wanted my wiper "inserts" replaced and they quoted me $92 when each insert at rhe service center was selling for $10. When I asked the consultant he said the rest is for "labor" THIS IS TOTALLY REDICULOUS to charge $60 for labor. How long does it take for a qualified technician who does this all the time to replace a wiper insert. I can do it in less than 5 min

Something bad is going on at JM Lexus in Margate. The level of service was terrible. I had an appointment I had to wait. I was being ignored and I had to proactively go to the service agent to help. He did fast track, but there’s no excuse. JM Lexus used to be top notch frankly I don’t think I’ll come back and we’ve purchased over 20 cars there so we will go elsewhere to purchase our cars as well as having the service you need to fix this!
