It’s the second time replacing the same part on a car that is less than 18 months old after the second rattle began. It took a week to diagnose and then I had to take the car back so I can use it while we wait for the part to come in, so at this point what I brought it in for isn’t even fixed. When I picked it up it took a while to bring it out, they hadn’t don’t the interior vacuum of the front that’s supposed to be part of the service I ended up having done at the same time, then after leaving I found parts in the back that they hadn’t reattached, so I had to come back. Jennifer was nice and apologetic, and threw in some gas, but overall I’m regretting my Lexus purchase and it’s really not living up to the claim of minimal problems and streamlined service.
