The staff is very courteous and friendly . They were very short staffed which extended my service . I dropped my car off at 0845 - it was not turned back to me until after 3 !
The facility itself definitely needs a relocation . Compared to other Lexus dealerships in Texas and elsewhere this one is lacking . I was told in the past that with a recall service the gas tank is always filled . I was also told my car would be washed . Neither was done .
Again , the staff there is amazing - they deserve raises. The ownership needs to put more money into the facility itself or build a new one on the west side - driving in and out is extremely difficult . Fox has enough dealerships to warrant an upgrade and not share service centers with the Toyota service center .

When I first got to Lexus Ryan told me I will need new tires. I have about 10,000 miles on my car, keep it garaged and hardly drive this car at all. In any case I came in for an oil change and tire rotation because I purchased a plan with 8 services for this. Last time I came in was 400 miles ago but the sticker for the oil change said I was due. While waiting the mechanic sent a video recommending about 150 dollars worth of air filters. At that point I went to Ryan and said please don’t do the oil change or rotation. I’ll take my car and come back at a later date. Ryan said ok. When the car was ready Ryan had me sign a paper saying they did the tire rotation (after I told him not to) and it said I used coupon. I asked him how many oil changes do I have left. He said sitting in front of his computer that he does not know that he did not do a deep dive. I said can you please do a deep dive? Because I did not want to waste an oil change. He then looked it up and said 5 were used. This did not seem correct. The service today did in fact take away an oil change from my plan. This experience was very frustrating. I want to point out that no matter how many times I told Ryan I would prefer an oil change he was not listening to me and insisted I get a tire rotation. Again, 400 miles ago I had a tire rotation. However, the oil sitting in the car would have made a least somewhat more sense to me. I just would have liked if Ryan would have listened more. However I did call and spoke with the service manager Karen Reiner who was extremely professional. She listened to everything I went through with Ryan and put the oil changes back on the account. While the experience was frustrating with Ryan, Karen was amazing.
