Dropped the vehicle off at 9:30, and we were not notified by 12:30 that the vehicle had even been started. We were later told the delay was due to waiting for an oil filter. The visit ultimately took over five hours for an oil change and tire rotation, and the warranty inspection we specifically requested was not completed.

I was disappointed in the first moments of my appointment when I was literally not acknowledged and left waiting for 20 minutes before my car was even scanned. People who pulled into the lane next to me AFTER I did were taken care of BEFORE me. I expect more from Lexus.

Im still waiting on a previous issue that I made Daniel aware of. He didn't even mention or give an update on how they are going to address the damage made on my car on December 26th, 2025. Again my car scratched on the front driver side and they used a touch up paint to cover it up. Daniel send a request so the service manager can look into it. I'm not going to let this go because my car was damaged while in the dealer possession. I will be contacting the cooperate office if someone does take accountability.
