Jake did a wonderful job.
I was initially planning on getting various mechanical components fixed at a local mechanic. Jake assured me that getting components fixed at Lexus of Valencia would be a far better decision. He even looked at my VIN and saw that multiple components were covered by my warranty.
Jake went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of. It's because of Jake that I ended up going with Lexus of Valencia, as there were other Lexus dealers that were closer to my home (such as Lexus of Thousand Oaks and Lexus of Woodland Hills).
Because of Jake, I made the longer drive to Lexus of Valencia, and not only got various mechanical issues fixed, but also opted for additional services (such as an alignment, engine coolant flush and brake fluid flush), which I'd previously only do at a local mechanic.
Jake is the reason why I will be making Lexus of Valencia my go-to service/mechanical shop for my Lexus vehicle.
