I don't have a problem with the service received, rather on the payment method I had to use. I got a Lexus Pursuits credit card through your website several months ago. I have a high credit limit with no balance on it. When the service advisor swiped the card, it was declined including when he manually entered the account information. I called Commenity bank and they said the problem is not with my account and it is on your end. They were not able to give me any other details. So I would like to know if you can process this credit card or not? If not, then it does not make sense for me to have it nor does it make sense for you to advertise a card that does not work. Please contact me so I know what to do with this card.

I have yet to drive my Lexus. In fact because of a torn quad tendon tear, I probably am two to three months from getting behind the wheel. Your porters were prompt and professional and your service department were very helpful as well.
